Finally got the letter from mediation services today!
They have their mediation on June 4 lol
Anyway, this is the second time now since March that they are going to mediation, (back history real quick: BM wanted to lower SO's time to every other weekend because its "inconvenient for her and confusing for SD" even though he has her every 4 days for 2 days at a time right now.
Anyone in West Michigan Want to buy a car or 2? lol

GAAAHHHHHHH, my estate lawyer is useless. I don't think I should have to pay him 2500 dollars just for him to file some papers, I'M the one doing all the damn work.
I;ve got my mothers 2 cars up for sale on craigslist, got a ton of emails....every one was lowballing :/ FML.

Stressed and Overwhelmed...not really Step related, just my life is shitty right now..just tired.
Well I wasn't going to reach out to you guys here one because I was just too tired to get into it and two, because I have been going crazy with busy-ness the past month, but here goes, I just really need to type it all out before I lose my effing mind.
My (estranged) mother died in March, so like 2 months ago. actually holy shit just looked at the date and exactly two months ago.
Need advice please..would this be enough to open an investigation
I've posted about this before but now it's getting to the point where something is GOING ON OVER THERE.
SD just came home covered in scrapes and bruises and BM is claiming she got them at daycare, SD is saying she got them at mommies house. And she is sad and doesn't want to talk about it. Normally kids (from what I've seen) like showing off there "owies" and bandaids....not SD this time.

Question for SM's who's SO's/husbands have 50/50 or full custody (or majority)
Will some of you share your stories as to how your SO got that much time and why? What was the process like, how long did it take?
I'm just curious because it seems like a lot of people have lot's of time (and some don't even want it lol) and we have been fighting for what little time we have, SLOWLY building up to that.
So I was just wondering if anyone wanted to share Thanks!
Need advice on SD3-- don't want to jump to the abuse conclusion but...
So a little back history, (for those who have not followed my posts)
I have been with my SO since SD3 was 9 months old, she is now 3 and some odd months.
Since I came into the picture (especially) but even before then BM has been a absolute nightmare.

SD now "cries" everytime she has to go to daddies
It is "mean that SO WANTS to take her away from her mother'
He will never get 50/50 unless SHE agrees to it.

BM's new proposal: thoughts??? So irritated
So we got the paperwork from BM's lawyer stating that we are to go to court May 7th for a hearing regarding parenting time because BM is objecting to the referee denying her motion to lower SO's time back in March.
Well, she wanted to go from SO having SD every 4 days for 2 days (2-4-2-4 schedule) to SO having SD EVERY OTHER WEEKEND.
THEN she just emailed him today proposing that he take SD EVERY WEEKEND, but Sunday and Monday as the weekend since those are his days off and "since it's the same days he could get a better job".

Need advice on upcoming Hearing
So my last post was about how BM called CPS on me for "abuse" of SD, the case was dropped as unfounded (obviously) and we moved on. Well then she filed with the court for mediation to "lower SO's parenting time" because:
-I was investigated by CPS (even though she was the one who called and since has told both SO and I that she did NOT think I was abusing SD)
-SO was "ALWAYS" late for pick up and drop off (false)
-The current schedule is "confusing to SD" (its a 2-4-2-4 schedule and we've had it for almost a year, SD is 3, there is nothing confusing about it)
