My SD has had this huge pile of clothes that don't fit her anymore. I finally got her to try on the clothes. First she resisted, then she just went into the bathroom, didn't change and lied about it. She is 7 BTW. When all was said and done she has maybe 3 pieces of clothing at our house that do fit her. BM refuses to send a bag with her at all. Mainly just to be petty. Finally, Sd wants to take the one t-shirt we have for her home to her mom's. I was so drained and I really think my husband should have been the one to take care of this months ago.
Have any of you ever sued BM for harassment? I am so tired of her slanderous lies, filling the SKIDS heads with garbage and idle threats, I want to shut her up once and for all.
Any suggestions?
I know this is going to seem kind of confusing if you have not read my other posts but bear with me. My dead beat kids dad of 3 hired a private attorney to take me to court. Ok, so we had court depositions, and now this is what his lawyer is trying to do. In the paper our marriage announcement between my husband and I they asked years of school.. Ok I went to college from 99-01 however, dropped out because he had left and I could not keep up with trying to raise my kids and going to school ,and I refused to go on welfare, which now I wish I would have to finish my degree.
This is my third entry this week; and I can't stress it enough how glad I am to have bumped into this site.
Lately BM has been really flaking out at work. They suspended her for 3 days without pay - which in my experience is pretty serious business. She's afraid she will lose her job. She already doesn't have enough money to make ends meet even though she makes more than BF and I combined on her own, and has BF's CS check monthly on top of that (though in order to explain why she's always so broke, she blames it all on him). My question is, if she loses her job..what happens to SS? Will he stay with her, and us have to pay her more to make up the difference? Or will he move in with us?
well went to the courts yet again this week to file for shared custody and now have to wait til octomber 19th to see what great stunt bm pulls in the inbetween.
...why men are so gullible.
Seriously, can anyone please explain this to me, because I am somewhat fed up and perplexed. My BF just filed for custody of his 4 year old, whom at the moment lives with him, and randomly gets picked up at her leisure,or whenever she feels guilty enough to go pick him up, if guilt exists at all for that girl. In any case, first reaction when she got served, was of course rage, rant, angry emails, etc.
Ladies, I have a quick questions on summer arrangements. In your situations, what kind of arrangement do you have in the summer. My fiance has joint custody but is not the custodial parent. Please do SHARE.....Thank you
Don't forget your local Radio Stations. I was listening on the way to work and my local Radio Station is KIIS FM which has Ryan Seacrest in the morning. He had Dr. Phil on this morning. I am sending Ryan an email, maybe he can get us in with Dr. Phil...... I will let you know.
I am combing through the lea county website, and while scrolling on this page http://www.leacounty.net/sheriff.html I found that a link about reporting child exploitation for a cyber tip line is DEAD. It leads NOWHERE! Go figure that, ladies! WTF?!
Explains A LOT, I think.
