BM has always claimed SS14 has all of these illnesses. She doctor shops until she can make her story plausible enough to get a diagnosis. BM has claimed for a couple years now that SS has EDS (Elhors- Danlos Syndrome). This is a pretty debilitating disease. BM is just sure he has it. She claimed he was tested as a baby and DH forgot. Although he has never had a dislocation, doesn't have bruising issues, doesn't have "pale translucent skin", doesn't have joint pain, etc. Last summer DH and I took him to a major children's hospital's genetics clinic.

I know a lot of people didn't believe me when I talked last about the GAL writing an order. The way it works in the county they are in (the slightly bigger county than BM's becasue hers is too small to even have a court system) is that the Judge doesn't write orders. Lawyers do and he signs them (it may be different if you represent yourself, IDK).

Our lawyer got a copy late last week of the order presented to the judge for his signature. Our lawyer said he has never seen the judge go against what a GAL writes. The GAL stipulates:

I know, I know... I need to step back. I don't know what got in my head this morning, other than I am pissed. Pissed at BM, Pissed at SS and Pissed that DH feels that it isn't even worth going on our trip if SS isn't there. I try and remind him that me and the 3 other are all looking forward to this trip and spending time with him, but he is just feeling incomplete without his other son, which I would feel the same way so, I do get it. 

He is writing up the agreement for SS to come on the trip!

BM told him she signed a release to talk to the counselor and she didn't- GAL is PISSED

GAL is very concerned about what we have shown him. He is e-mailing BM's attorney with "certain demands" - I don't know what those are yet and neither does our lawyer but this has to be good news!!
