Furious
So SD came over on Christmas eve and was in a size 6 (she's been in a 7/8 for months.) Then we got a call from our lawyer. They've hired a lawyer. Cool. Good for them.
Lawyer apparently told them they had to give Dh his time. SD came for the weekend tonight and my sweet loving little SD is suddenly telling us she doesn't want to be here, doesn't want to love us, doesn't know who we are...
We all know who has caused SD to suddenly have amnesia...

SD is going to be here for six hours tomorrow 
I can't wait to see my girly 
It's been 2 months. GBM & BM are trying to play nice. I don't care I just miss SD. The whole family does.

We have a court date!
We are completely skipping mediation and going straight in front of the Judge. Same Judge that gave GBM guardianship of SD3! Bet he will be SO thrilled to see BM again... lol
DH is thrilled. According L this is really good news for us. This Judge typically sends people to mediation if he doesn't agree with the motion. Fingers crossed this means he agrees!

Had to share this. I "caught" DH negotiating with GBM on parenting time. (AKA, he asked me how to respond)
GBM: Would u like ur parenting time? when and what would u like?
DH: I want equal time with SD at least.
GBM: ill give u every other weekend and one day a week
GBM: and every other holiday
ME: I'm sorry, you're going to have to speak to my attorney regarding this matter. Her contact information is on the petition you received. Thank you and have a pleasant evening.
WE DON'T NEGOTIATE WITH THE TERRORISTS. SERIOUSLY!

Ladies? Help?!
I just found out that DH's school is having a semiformal Christmas party in a little under 2 weeks.
What do I wear? I haven't been to an even slightly formal party since before I got pregnant with BD2! None of my old stuff fits! I literally only fit in my jeans and shirts...
I don't think DH even OWNS a tie...

Could you quit with the guilt trips? (O/T)
My mother came over today. I hadn't spoken to her since she came over drunk saying how rotten of a kid I was and DH kicked her the heck out of our house. Since then she's interacted with my family once, on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving because DH and I...GOT OUR OWN TRASH CAN :jawdrop: She started screaming and yelling about how we should just pay her to use her trash can (her company charges way more than ours does) and that she was just going to cancel hers and use ours (Uh. No.) and DH told her to straighten up and quit drinking so that she could see her grand kids.

Too Little, Too Late Crazy-kins...
For the past month and a half, Crazy has been ignoring DH/ telling him he needs a CO from FOC if he ever wants to see SD. She texted this morning:
"Would u like ur parenting time? when and what would u like?"
ROFL. We're going for full custody, have a solid case, and NOW you want to try playing nice? By offering parenting time?
DH hasn't replied yet. He's waiting to get a hold of L. and see what she says.
I think she's trying to either A: Get DH to drop going for full custody or B: make herself look better when they go to court.

Last chance to place your bets
BM will be getting the petition for us to have sole custody, her to have supervised parenting time, and her to have to pay child support at some point today (DH's copy arrived in the mail today). I'm expecting ear shattering, roof raising screams followed by DH's phone blowing up.
Btw, to those in the mitten state (or just across our lovely lake) if you hear screaming.... well, you know what happened. }:)

I had a friend who had a little girl. She lost the little girl to CPS and little girl was adopted by her foster parents.
I loved that little girl like my own and took care of her a lot. Spent most of my paychecks buying her clothes and toys and food and putting gas in her BM's car. I never got to say goodbye to her.
