I'm new here and been wanting to share my story.
Our BM is the fakest and the most evil person alive. She is also the queen of gossip. Not a day passes without her talking about people behind their backs. I've come to believe that she thrives on gossiping and trying to believe that she's better than everybody. In fact, she's not! The weird thing is, she puts up this nice, super caring facade in front of many people-- including us-- but if you could rip her open, you'll see how she's reeking with hatred, anger, and insecurity.
Thanks for all your support. Tonight SD15 made it clear that she's failing photography. How can you fail photography? She wants DH to make it all better by emailing the teacher and giving some excuse as to why she didn't do her project during holiday vacation. He actually told her no way. I couldn't believe it. Last week they took a day trip to NYC (before New Years) and she took pictures there. She asked DH to find out from her teacher if she could show those pictures. She was supposed to take pictures of Valley Forge, which is only 2-1/2 miles away from us.

I have found myself coming to read these forums after every incident with BM, and always was relieved (though sad) to find there were women out there experiencing the same things I was. I have four children in the home, one from a previous relationship, a 9-year-old stepson and two babies with my husband.
And I made it clear to H that this is my priority. I will not fail this because of interference.
So-girls, I haven't been to school in decades. But! I did have to take insurance class and pass the exam-that was about 7 years ago..and I did have to learn two new jobs in the last two years-one working with chemicals, which was totally foreign to me-and I succeeded. So I know the ol brain cells aren't totally dead.
Gonna eat alot of walnuts & salmon! Dr. Oz said they're brain food-along with olive oil. Hmmm. Also fish oil, B vitamins...I'm going shopping tomorrow!
Does anyone know how to go about having BM's taxes garnished for back child support? I'm in Washington State.

If someone asked you to define a step parent,(aside from the obvious answer) how would you define it? What would that definition look like for you?

it always seems like anytime we think anything good is gonna happen, it doesnt and we are disappointed 
we just cant catch a break.
BF is getting ready to start with the custody evaluator and together we are getting stuff together to give him/her. BF requested SS1 medical records for the past year. The came in the mail today. I was shocked when I read them. SS1 is being treated for asthma, has had 3 ear infections (we knew about 2), has a nebulizer, etc. Back in July BM offered BF an overnight for his brother's wedding. According to the medical records the day after she made this offer, she took baby to the doctor because he was sick and had been for several days.
The SDs have arrived in all their glory. They are back to once again, remind me just how flippin wonderful they are (like I could forget)!!
