HAHA, no, not really. I loved that caption in Flash Gordon, but dont love that I am able to use it in my own story.

SDNow18 Princess Powersulk, turned 18 and then the following day went through the graduation ceremony. As Husband and I were toasting the end to child support going to BM, and the end of all the potential for drama, he let slip that Toxic Troll reminded him that he missed a payment a few months ago, and that she is expecting it this new month sometime.

Well its actually high speed ahead with work. But slower down here in the cesspool of dysfunction.

SD25 Feral Forger - posting about shes now nueuro divergent, ADHD, and autistic. Hmmmmmmm maybe, I couldnt say, I am not around her at all and she is BLOCKED. I do like to check in on the downlow. Nothing going on there, and heard through other sources shes got a job. Stress is off there.

Wont know until May 24 if SD17 princess powersulk will graduate, but Im not asking, just biding my time focused on other things.

Independent Cutoff

So I have been wondering - for those in the know - what is the catchup cutoff for independent study if the kid is failing their online classes?

Graduation is looming - May 31 at 4:30. I just want to know if I should use my vacation time or not? SD17 Powersulk is failing all her online classes, and its almost 3 weeks until G-day. Somehow she hasnt recieved her cap and gown (mysterious), and doesnt know about who shes inviting or what she wants to do for graduation...like dinner or hangouts w friends.

Husband gets a call from one of his many nieces, one who has 2 kids that Feral Forger used to baby sit, and would pile affection on regularly while her sister would look on (after having been punched in the arm on the way to some function).

The call was about this cousin getting chewed out major league and ripped a new whatever and she doesnt know why. Something to do with comments made on instagram.

Husband replies "shes sick, and lives in garbage..."

Getting ready to go home. Passed the 4th quarter grade reports to husband. All F's for her online classes. Still no drivers permit.

Husband mentioned she and toxic troll would be 'working" on the grade situation (shes not doing the work...how else can you "work" on that?)

Im focusing on NOT talking about anything to do with Powersulk SD17. In 1 month shes 18.

I will have boundaries in place after May ends, but doubt she will live with us.

Im a little shaky right now, to be honest.

SD25 Feral Forger asked Husband for money$ today. He showed me the back and forth. After he responded with "Im sorry but I just had to pay property tax and water heater, I cannot help you", she lashed out and went Scorched Earth like nobody Ive ever seen.

It was over help paying a freaking phone bill people.

Quick update, and hope you all enjoyed eclips-ing. Several photographer friends got some relly incredible photos and one even did a time lapse series that was jaw dropping. I gardened and planted and enjoyed not watching it.

Thanks for the advice - a resounding series of Dont Do Or Say Anything To Powersulk or Husband about Driving Test, Even If Its Only To Help.

Just for amusement's sake I thought Id post about the latest and greatest concerning Powersulk SD172monthsfrom18.

Just to get things straight right away - Im definitely not relishing this in any way...Ill repeat that at the end, if you get that far.

So, last week PS was at Toxic Trolls house, and for some reason NOW is the time she decided she can get her permit. Probably because she wants a job. Just a guess.

TT and PS go to DMV. Too late, they are closed. They make an appointment.
