So BM just text DH stating that she will be picking SS up from his summer camp that is 4 days long and taking him home with her. No call to us from DFS or nothing. I would think since he has been in our care for 2 months and she was found guilty of Failure to Protect there should be some kind of reintergration esp since she doesnt have a job, a car, or even her own place that we are aware of?!? This crap if freaking frustrating when she starts spouting this shit because even though every other time she has said this it still stresses us the freak out!

My DD11 has been my more "troublesome" child. Lately she has been more frequently lying about the most mundane things even. And even if you have her red handed she will continue to insist she is not lying and start crying and become hysterical. Everything with her is an argument....and I mean everything!! If i ask her to do the dishes immediate "But I did them" etc. I have noticed over the last couple of weeks she becomes so angry with her sister and my SS.

So yesterday BM calls from a number we have never seen. I answered as DH was getting SS ready for Baseball practice. BM asks is dh and SS are at the ball field. I told her no that they will be leaving shortly that practice isnt till 7....it is 6 at this time. She then starts crying and going on about how she was walking from her apartment to the ball field and her "ex" bf drove by and beat the crap out of her. She said she got a RO against him the prior day and was hoping SS was at ballfield so she could get him on violating both RO's.
