So he is not enrolled in new school???

Oh for the love of God......after all the spewed vitrol from BM mouth last night about how the GAL said it was perfectly fine to enroll SS in new school district as well as childrens services caseworker, looks like BM decided the original school district is still fine.....either that or her lawyer smacked the ever loving sense into her....hmmmmm.

Well I am sure soon enough my DH will be getting the official Intent to Relocate notice as required by law....but funny thing, the objection to relocation has already been filed.

Well yesterday was really draining and really tough on me and my DH. So me hotlining BM worked, Caseworker apparently went out to see them. Not sure what happened because noone has yet contacted my DH. Hopefully they get ahold of him today to get his side of things. The only reason we know the Caseworker made it out there is the text my DH got from we assume the BF that stated "Thanks for the home check I like being told I am a good Dad" When i hotlined BM they asked if I was aware of any other Children and he does have daughter, but the hotline wasnt for him.

School District Agrees to Enroll SS even though DH has shown that she has moved illgally

Well DH talked to the assistant superintendent and there is nothing he will do to Block SS from enrolling in the new school district. He basically told DH to hope he gets a court order before BM completes the enrollment paperwork.....

This is all so freaking frustrating! She moved illegally and our lawyer said at worst the Judge will order her to move back to X school district, and then he will have to switch schools yet again.....

So I hotlined BM today..

Well last week when BM was hotlined due to SS continued unexplained absenses from school the Case Worker and DFS had supposedly concocted a plan to offer BM a safety plan that would include placing SS with DH, then GAL would file for an emergent transfer of custody. But shit happened.....all week long we agonized and wondered what the F#$@ was going on. Then we had SS over the weekend and BM picked SS up at our house on 1/19/14.

OMG More Charges!! The GAL and DFS plan....we think?

OMG so we waited all day yesterday and heard nothing about the order for the Drug Test. My DH never heard from the Childrens Division case worker, he kept himself busy studying all day. I get home from work about 445 and when i walk in he is just checking Case Net where we can see charges filed on BM in MO. BM had 4 more cases show up!!! These were from 8/30/13, ones we had no idea about! So she now has these criminal charges open and in progress on her....

Talked to our Lawyer.. and Alienation has started But SS is ok, she did not run with him.

Well talked to our lawyer last night. The GAL is sending an order for both parents to report to a local testing facility for mandatory drug testing. The GAL has stated if BM refuses to get the test on time it will be the same in her eyes as her testing positive. Also waiting for Childrens services to contact us since the school hotlined BM for neglect. We are armed and ready, not only do we have proof of physical/hygeinic (sp?) neglect but medical neglect as well.
