DH Trial Prep.....Is it going to be a Landslide? Only 3 Days till trial!!

So DH went to trial prep with his lawyer yesterday. BMs updated driving record was pulled and it has only gotten worse. Apparently she was arrested in a local town in 2012 after causing an accident while running a red like and her license was revoked. We never could find anything on Casenet but apparently that Municipality does not report to case net. There were also other charges of driving while revoked and chemical action in a neighboring state as well.

What I would like to tell Cunthole right now!!

So we found out that BM did in fact file a "letter" to the judge on our custody modification case. She requested a continuance as she does not have an attorney and she wants adequate time to hire a new one and then prepare for the case!!!

1. FFS your damn lawyer quit 3 months ago.... you knew the trial was scheduled.... was 3 months not "adequate time"? Additionally you lied to the GAL then because you told her on June 6th that you had a lawyer you just did not know the name.

What will happen if she shows up to Custody Hearing without a lawyer?

So my DH has his Custody Hearing that was set back in January in just over 2 weeks. BM had an attorney but he quit in April and she has never hired another. She told the GAL a month ago she had one but she didnt know the name off the top of her head, but no lawyer has ever entered thier appearance. My fear is that she will show up to the Custody Hearing without a lawyer and ask for it to be continued....of course DH lawyer and the GAL will object. BM still hasnt even paid the GAL fees disregarding the court order. Anyone have any experience with this?

My Uncle Committed Suicide.....And I believe it was "Step Life" related

I will try to keep my uncles story short.

He has 2 grown daughters and has been divorced from first wife for 20+ yrs.

Both of his daughters have major history of Drug abuse. Both have had children permanently removed from thier care by DFS.
My Uncle ended up adopting his oldest daughters 2 children B17 and G16 when they were little, when they were 7 and 6. So legally they are his "kids" and also his grandkids. His oldest daughter also has a 3 yr old that she had custody of.

More Threats against SS.....Please pray for us!

So BM's father called DH last night and told him since the OFP hearing he has been recieving more threats from BM exbf trying to "get to bm". Then told dh that some girl who he thinks is the bf new gf called and told him that "exbf will get the money if it is through BM or through SS" not sure what that means but a direct threat against SS. BM's father did go and make a police report. So BM is supposed to pick SS up on sunday but here are the issues.....

So DH had court for the restraining order he has for SS against BM ex BF. Well apparently BM showed up at the restraining order hearing with her "exboyfriend"!! WTF......

So DH is now getting ahold of DFS to find out how we are possibly going to ensure that BM is not living with Ex or having SS around him when we have to let SS go back in a week.

FFS she is an idiot!

Want to bet DFS does nothing!?

She did not pick Him up from Summer School!!

WTF after her threatning text on how DH better take SS to summer school tomorrow and she would pick him up from school or else she would have him arrested for parental kidnapping!

So about 330 Dh is home studying and SS grandad called and stated that the school called because BM did not pick SS up. Grandpa had not been able to get ahold of her all day and he called her boss and she apparently did not make it to work today.
DH went down and picked SS up from grandpas house.

Tuesday afternoon it begins......

BM: “ And he has a special thing at church wed so visitation. Will have ti be on thursday as eell as since tgings are the eay they are u will have to do oick up at my apartment u can keep him o er night if u like but he has to make it ti summer school friday if ur unable to do that then u eill need to drop him off at my apartment at eight p.m. do to the fact thong arr tight since ur not paying child support i can't affirdgas money to pick him up”

DH: “No i do not agree to that I will pick him up on Wednesday at your apartment at 6pm”

I swear BM is freaking delusional. So apparently she has enrolled SS in summer school where she lives. She "forgot" to tell DH about it till yesterday after he already attended a day. Another ploy to interfere with visitation I am sure.
