I hate it when I think dh and I are on the same page and then I find it out we are not even in the same book!!!
So sometimes I can go for literally months at a time just thinking dh understands me and gets me. i'm not necessarily even saying he agrees with everything I think or feel, but that he gets why I have the feelings and understands where I am coming from. Then-BAM! He will say something that totally and completely reminds me that apparently he has NO CLUE what I feel or think.
Ok I really think there is something major going on at the inlaw compund and directly related to ss...
OK-this is all just conjecture but I really feel like something big is going down. And truth be told, Im excited about it. So don't dash my hopes. When things happen, things get shaken up, that's when change can occur and frankly changes have been long overdue in that household.
Here's why I think something is going down_
1)ss15 called dh last week after 7 months of silence. After telling dh he was done and no longer having a father. He just called him up as if nothing was wrong.
Should I tell dh or should I not?
That is always the question. For those unfamiliar with my situation-my dh has sole custody of ss15. However, he has not resided here but perhaps 4 month out of the last 5 years. Prior to that he lived with us full time since age 1. Currently he is residing with my inlaws. He has been there just over a year this go around. We have no contact with ss nor my inlaws. SS is not able to reside in our home for a mutltitude of reasons but to simply sum it up-he is a psychopath who is a danger to the other 3 children in the home.

non step issue, but one of the reasons I get so damn annoyed at dh...
Ok-so if anyone is familiar with my story-you all know dh is medically retired from the military-so he doesnt work. He has a friend that is in a similar situation-they were roommates at one point while active duty. So they spend alot of time together-well maybe they see each other 1-2 times a week and will spend most of the day together. I dont have a problem with that. Sometimes more-they help each other a lot with various projects and such.
stepson sighting!!!
So most know that ss15 lives with inlaws-He moved out exactly 364 days ago and that is the last time I have spoke to him OR laid eyes on him other than passing him a few times while he was riding in the vehicle with my inlaws.

Just read my blog from one year ago...
Wow! I cant believe how bad things were for me back then. SS15 was living here and an ass on a daily basis and my dh had lost his freaking mind and I was afraid he'd never find it! Things are so much better now. My ss15 moved out on 6/21 of last year so we are approaching that one year mark. Dh got back on his medication and that along with the reduced stress level seemed to work wonders. Right now he is a chaperone on a church trip with my two oldest! A year ago I didnt even want him to GO to Church with me because there was no guarantee of how he'd act.

Is is possible for my ss15 to be a miniwife?
I hear so much about girls being miniwives to their dads. What about boys? Now, we havent seen hide nor hair of ss for almost a year-so if he was dh's miniwife they are now divorced-but reading some of these posts and thinking about ss's behavior over the years-I really think that he was trying to fill this role as well.

So this is really morbid-but if your skid died how would you feel-what would you do?
I was just curious-another post got me to thinking how these sweet little skids are really people too and we should care for them as we do all humanity.
So who thinks we should pay the rv payments back to inlaws?
Just out of curiousity. Dh and I are having a debate.
Got my camper back!
Dh contacted his grandpa who had no problem with him getting the camper and moving it out from his driveway. So they went and go tit this morning! Mil called dh's phone earlier and left a message. Dh hasn't listened to it yet.
Really sort of hilarious. We really would have paid them whatever payments they made, even though it was a gift- but smoly to get the camper back with minimal fuss. However even with us offering to do that they still wanted to dick us around and say they just weren't sure and they'd have to think about it.
