O/T--Zoloft Side Effects Anyone?

My doctor put me on Zoloft on October 11th. After one week, I felt amazing. Much more alert, happier than I can remember, nothing phased me, just great in general. Then a week ago, mood swings. I'd go from normal (the happy feeling gone, just back to normal before the Zoloft) to extreme depression, to almost violent anger at the drop of a hat.

Has anyone else on Zoloft had these side effects? Is this just temporary as my body adjusts?

Ok, long story longer, SS8's quarterly report card came out a few days ago: 3 C's, and several notes home all month about acting up in class. I asked DH if possibly his darling little sperm trophy might need to be retested for ADD, and he blew up at me like an a**hole after Mexican buffet night. So I ended the arguement, which was basically him arguing that his kid is "normal" yet had behavioral problems because he has an auditory processing disorder. I said that you can't have it both ways.

FDH (less than 24 hours til DH!) told me earlier "thanks for making me the happiest man on the face of the earth." Awwwww Smile

I told him in my usual quippy way that he was welcome, but that I'm sure most boyfriends say that to their fiancees before the wedding. Everything is almost ready for tomorrow, just have to go do a spray tan so I don't look like a "Twilight" sparkling vampire and my friend is coming to dye the grey out of my hair (presents from FSS8).

What a Waste of a Weekend

I came down with a stomach flu Friday, and ended up being admitted to the hospital for extreme dehydration. First kid free weekend in 3 weeks straight, the most gorgeous weather we have had since spring, and I spent it with the non-sparkley vampires drawing blood every few hours.

Y'all, I just don't want to go!

Every Wednesday, when FDH has FSS8 for 5 hours, my FDH says "let's go out to eat, FSS8 will like to eat Mexican/Buffalo Wild WIngs." Every Wednesday...same places. I'm over them. Not only does it teach FSS8 that when he comes over, we'll go out somewhere to eat (which causes a problem on EOW if we DON'T go out Friday and Saturday night as well), tonight I just don't effing want to go.
