WELL SURPRISE BM IS MOVING AN HOUR AWAY FROM HER SON!!!

My SS BM fought in court for 3 years to win custodys of her son, it was every 3 days my SS would go back and forth from BM to DH and DH had to pay 150 a week in CS even thought it was split custody, split placement, well BM moved 6 times in 2 years and moved SS daycare 9 times in 2 years and on the 9th move DH took her back to court for placement because he was sick of seeing his 4 year old son at the time moving from home to home and daycare to daycare.

UPDATE ON CUSTODY ORDERS AND HOW THEY ARE SUPPOSE TO GO!!!

Well I hate to say it but I was right, LOL, My DHs lawyer told him the only reason BM gets son when there is no school is because the court knew she worked at a school and could be home with her son, but the order is not for her to get him in the summer to take him to yet another daycare person he does not know.

IF YOU SAW YOUR CHILD 60 DAYS OUT OF THE YEAR WOULD YOU GIVE ONE DAY UP???

Well if you know my story, then you know I am SM and my DH has placement of his son 5, after 3 years of court, it went from split custody and split placement to split custody and placement with us, so BM sees her son whom she calims to love more than anything once a week and every other weekend or on average she sees him 5 days out of the month or 60 days out of the year.

Mothers Day, Does BM look better???

What is wrong with me BM came to pick up her son, not that she wanted to but DH said if she wanted him today she can come and get him. So when she got here SS walked out to the car and when she got out she looked the best I have ever seen her, I am sure she wanted to look good knowing she was coming here, but she has been tanning and must be working out or her clothes made her look good from the window I was looking out of.

MY SS WANTED TO GIVE ME THE GIFT HE MADE FOR BM WHAT TO DO??

Well my 5 year old SS came home and I was going through his bag, and saw what he made at school for his BM and I put it back in the bag, he grabbed it and told me he wanted me to have it. I told him are you sure you dont want to give it to mommy, he said No I want you to have it because I love you and then he hugged me, I told him how happy he makes me and kissed him. Then I told him he should take it to Mommys on Sun. he told me no, but my DH was able to talk him into it.

TRYING TO FIGURE OUT BM, WHY???

What am I doing to myself? Why do I check her myspace why do I care what she is doing. I love it when her myspace is sad, I hate when she seems fine, how can you be fine that you only see your son on wed. for 3 hours and then every other weekend? Now she has to pay CS to my DH and she can not afford the life style she has now, she was only doing ok because my DH was paying her 600 a month now she has to pay us 300 a month, not that I care how she survives, you had a child you should pay.

VAGINA AND CS!!

Well I have great news and I think it is about time. BM has to pay CS for her son. Awful, I know, but we have placement and she sees him 5 days out of the month, but she tried to make a case for herself today, that we make so much money that she should not have to pay. I think that is crazy, so because I work and my DH does too, I can support your child the child you tell to hate me and to never call me mom. I am sorry you have loans out that you can not pay and that you have college loans out your ass and nothing to show for it.

Well my DH and I went to his lawyer yesterday and if you do not already know it has taken 3 years but my DH has placement of his son and BM sees him wed. and EOW, before that it was split placement and split custody, SS would go back and forth every 3 days, but after the 9th childcare move and BM telling her son he hates me and he would come to our house and cry that his mom hates me, we finally won placement!!!
