Our set aside hearing is tomorrow. Thankfully we didn't have to fly to KS for this one. It is just removing the order that was illegally entered to begin with. (She is claiming that DH owes 32K in arrears, a lot of that being medical charges she never told us about and has yet to show proof of and she is lying about working so she was calculated at $0 income). Of course we have to pay and attorney to make that happen, but whatever.

My son is a finalist in the NASA Poject!! 

He has done an entry for the last 3 years and had some really great designs but this year he won! He is going to Houston next month to present but either way his design is going to space! If he wins overall, there is a large scholarship for him and a grant for the school. 

He has worked so hard the last 5 months on this thing and he did it! I am bursting with joy for him! I just had to put it somewhere :) 

If you watch or don't- season 4 episode 7 is cracking me up! 

The BF's daughter is devious and the way the woman handles it is genius!!!

Had a court date set, BM's attorney canceled it and now won't respond for a new hearing date. 

How can this be happening?!?!?

Has anyone ever called the other party's attorney and lost their mind? I wonder what would happen? I mean 14 FREAKING MONTHS we have been trying to set this hearing. SS gradates in 3 months. DH has been told by his command to "be ready" by Memorial Day for his deployment. I know they aren't leaving that soon (Yay for being the command Ombudsman) but it isn't far off. We don't have time for this to keep dragging on.
