I posted last week about BM and her stupidity in her most recent court filing.

DH called the court house today, advised them we were out of town and the hearing date would have to be rescheduled. New hearing date, February 4th. So yes we can go see family for Christmas.

His attorney is also counterfiling this week.

1) Dismissal of contempt backed up by the restraining orders that prevent BM from seeing the kids.

DH did finally show up at home with his son.

I am going to clarify something from my post last night:
Normally OSS does have good hygiene (he has discovered girls) however, he had just been at marching band practice for 4 hours in 80+ degree weather. Trust me, the child did NOT smell good last night.

All three kids and DH were ordered into the LR and I had a chat with them. Involved in this chat was the fact they are in MY home, and how much sh*t has gotten "accidentally" broken that DH and I have had to fix?

Okay this is too good not to share. Got home from work and DH is telling me SD18 called him. Apparently she finally filed the paperwork to have the RO dropped between her and BM.

The judge DENIED her request to have it dropped. Pointing out that she failed the intervention program, has already been arrested for breaking the RO, is in deep shi+ for not attending school etc. He will not drop it until:

I blogged a few weeks ago about how my electric and phone at my home were mysteriously cut off supposedly by "me" calling to cancel the accounts. I called every company I did business with and set up passwords for all of my accounts.

Apparently that was not all "I" did that day. Apparently "I" also made a report to the Department of Revenue for the State of Florida accusing the company I work for of not collecting/reporting/paying taxes appropriately.
