Seriously.

I do not think she reads any of the court documents, ever. We received a summons today that has her dragging DH to court (family court) for contempt over his violation of the CO (not letting her see the kids).

Meanwhile, in criminal court there are two (2!) RO's that prevent her from being within 500' of the kids and she is not even allowed to ask a third party how they are doing. She has not completed the parenting class, psych eval OR done the piss test that would allow her supervised (by DCFS) visits.

Newest contempt hearing states we are not allowing sd18 to see her siblings. Her choice. She chooses to not come over to the house and see them. We are NOT sending the kids over to MGM MGP house as BM is there and there is court documentation that due to SD18 breaking her younger sisters nose that she is allowed visits AT OUR HOUSE, not to exceed two hours in length if she chooses to visit. She hasn't come over since her bday party. Guess she doesn't want to excercise those visits. It states in the paperwork she is to call DH to set up a time to come over and visit. Not his/my/our responsibility, but HERS.

I told DH he needs to counterfile for harassment. I doubt he will do it. And yeah, the court date is: DEC 24! Guess we arent going anywhere for christmas!
