SD19 arrived for her 3 month stay last evening. I was off from work yesterday, because DH had a pre-surgery consult and had asked if I would go with him. So yesterday morning when I woke up, DH said never mind, I didn't need to go, what was I going to do anyway, he's sick of this Dr. office jerking him around etc etc. Whatever, I already planned to take the day off so I stayed home. I spent the morning cleaning out BS7 clothes, switching over winter/summer clothes, doing laundry, cleaning and just "stuff".

You may remember my recent post about DH offering to give SD19 one of our vehicles, while I was OK with that, as long as she pays insurance, I was NOT OK with us spending $600.00 to replace the bumpers because they were rusting. I told DH that was ridiculous for us to blow that money on getting the bumpers replaced, when we bought new cars last year because we were tired of dumping money into the old ones. So WTF are we still dumping money into the old ones???

Saturday night, out of the blue, DH tells me that SD wants to come and stay with us for the summer (she's currently in college in a different state) and work at the little convenient store in our rural, Podunk town. DH said he already talked to the lady that he is "friendly" with there (pretty sure he doesn't even know her name) and she said that they do sometimes hire people for a couple months at a time. Whatever. DH acts like he can just walk in there upon SD's glorious arrival and she'll have a job easy peasy.

So just talked to Aunt J and happened to mention that SD had stopped by and DH gave her Christmas money, which I'm sure she's already blown, and Aunt J said she just talked to SD yesterday when she called to ask some stupid question and SD told her that she never talked to or saw DH when she was home. WTF? Why lie??
