Thanks for the ideas earlier.....and pick up went as I expected

SO I get to where I am to pick SD up and I was 15 mins early. SF is almost always 20 mins early so when no one was there I knew it was going to be BM however lets be honest I knew that before I left the house with all the damn knots in my stomach. SO she gets SD out of the car and leans down on the other side of the car whispering to her about only God knows what for about 10 mins. Then she walks SD around the car to me and says "Umm DH needs to let me know in the future if your going to be picking SD up. I was not expecting this. I was expecting him".

This is rediculous...My stomach is in friggin knots.

I hate this crap so much. DH started a new job recently and cant be asking for time off unless its for really important things. He wouldn't be able to make it in time to pick up SD today so its up to me which is usually fine since most of the time its SDs stepfather who drops her off or picks her up and hes always neutral, never rude to DH or myself. But being this is a day BM has off as far as I know Im sure it will be her skanky ass dropping SD off and expecting DH to be there so she can bitch at him in person or flip him off again.

How is it that I can still be completely stunded at this woman's "logic"?

OK so I think DH (and I) are handling this one pretty good but I am still stunned she thinks she has ground on this one. SO I read the texts BM sent DH earlier about wanting to take SD to some certain pool on this Thursday. DH left out some things when he told me about it. She basically asked to drop her off at 9 instead of 5 Thursday. DH said that's too late and if I asked for that you would have said no with a few choice words added. She said ok how bout this then. I drop her off Friday instead and you just keep her an extra night in return. Please think about this DH.

Our next block of time is comming up thur and he we go...uggg

Last night SD called DH. Something was going on with the phone and he couldn't really hear her. Then BM gets on the phone and says SD is getting sick, if she feels better in a few mins I have her call you back and hangs up. Our first thought is why the hell is SD so sick all the effin time at her mom's house? We didn't expect a call back. To our surprise she did call back but he still couldn't really hear her. BM makes her keep it the phone on speaker most of the time so she can hear everything being said even though that is against the CO.

Not SM related but what a weekend!

So this summer DH and I have been taking the family camping locally with the camper we bought used. Staying local to work out the kinks and be safe. So this weekend was the third trip. First trip was a good start but the camp ground wasn't really what we were looking for and wont go back. The second one we fell in love with. Its amazing, family oriented, theres a pond, a water slide (they will open if enough kids are going on it), game room, peddle/paddle boats, etc. They are really down to earth (new) owners. The kids had a great time as did we. It was just wonderful!

Finally got computer back and was able to read e-mails.....thank God...and RickyTicky ;)

So we finally got the emails today from the lawyer about the court session DH missed due to unforeseen traffic issues. Everything was dismissed. Stays in our state. Lawyer gave us a side note saying BM stated that she WOULD be going after CS in OUR state. Let him know when and if that happens. We also saw which we didn't know before that she filed an enforcement order on the financial affidavit and it was denied since nothing being heard in court required that...BM was Pissed!!...she just wanted out financial info which she did not get.

So if u saw my post yesterday about bm being pissed about cs staying in our state then flipping dh off at drop off last night in response to his attempt communicate with her since she was there in person you know dh was going to text bm instead. He didn't say anything rude. He basically told her since her new way of communicating with him is to flip him off then he will just stick to texting.

BM is some pissed today!

So DH had court today. Originally it was over cs but thanks to the advice I got on here the lawyer filed for it to stay in our state so today was about weather it would stay here or be moved to her state and weather or not DH would have to pay back owed medical bills which was a friggin joke anyway since we have state insurance on SD. There are no copays. BM just refuses to change her pcp to a doc who takes it. Well DH didn't get to see her face when it was thrown out of court thanks backed traffic due to power lines down on the interstate but he heard about it when he got there.

I probably owe you flowers...

RickyTicky..You most likely saved us soooo much money with your advice! We finally heard back from the lawyer and DH still has court in the other state soon but it is now over back owed med bills (which is just about BM not liking the health insurance..no big) and possibly who gets to claim SD for taxes what year. They currently will not hear the CS part in her state.. The state will also be determined for CS that day but lawyer is pretty sure it will stay in our state..Thank you RickyTicky!!!!!!!Thank you sooooooo much!
