This woman never ceases to amaze me...Fiancee wrote her today and said she is 3 months behind on her half of the loan payment and he wants all 3 payments by the end of this month or he's going to take her back to court. She writes back and complains that she hasn't gotten her full child support in 2 months...it's like explaining something to a 2 year old...CSE takes the money out of his check and sends it to her...he has no control over what they take out...so she says since he "owes" her that remainder he can use that as her loan payment...what the hell is wrong with this woman??

Fiancee and I talked over FSS little shenanigans he's been pulling. I have totally absolved myself of ANY responsibility of his child. I told him from now on when his son is over here he is FULLY responsible for him and I will have nothing to do with him. That way if CPS ever does show up they'll realize that I'm not doing anything wrong. I was also advised to document EVERYTHING FSS does while he's here. That way I'm covering my butt in a way.

What do I do??

So fiancee finally called BM and tried to sort things out about FSS...and we found out what this child is saying when he goes home...apparantly I stick his head in the toilet to punish him, and I say mean things to him, he also doesn't "like my bd and me" . The whole reason for the phone call was because yesterday at dinner time the deal was if the kids finished their food they could go outside...well FSS didn't finish his food so I told him "well now you can't go outside" so he runs to his dad's room and says "She hurt me!

This weekend I decided I've had it with FSS's little attitude where he thinks he can do as he pleases when he's here. I stepped up and did something about it. I'm treating him the same as I treat my daughter when she doesn't listen. If I ask for them to stop a behavior that isn't acceptable and they don't stop they get disciplined...I'm buckling down. He's been sitting in time out most of the weekend because I've just had it. He WILL get a clue that he WILL follow the rules over here or he can sit in time out the whole time.

should I be concered....

or am I just overreacting about this? Today my daughter and I had some girl time and went to lunch, went to see the Hannah Montana movie and than shopping, we met up with fiancee and FSS at a store and were looking at Hannah Montana shirts for my daughter...FSS who is 5 said he wanted one, I told him they only make Hannah Montana shirts for girls. HE says, and I quote, "I wear dresses at my grandpa's house cause he doesn't have any boy clothes at his house." excuse my language but what in the hell is that supposed to mean?

Once again fiancee had to pick up FSS at someone else's house for his weekend visitation because BM had to go out of town for 4 days for a concert...boy, it must be nice to go out of town all the time and leave her child with others so they can take on her responsibilitie for days every weekend...

This is something that is out of my control but I think about frequently because I don't know how I'll deal with it when the time comes...

It's inevitable that my ex will die from something alcohol related, be it his liver, or poisoning, or just doing something stupid and killing himself on purpose or accident...this man treated me like crap for 3 years, drank up his paychecks and cheated on me and I still kept him around...I know, I was stupid...I kept him around for a year after my daughter was born and than was rid of him...

and it went well! He promised to work on his "guilty dad" crap..the only thing I disagreed on was becoming more involved as a mother figure with FSS...I'm sick of being blamed for his shortcomings by BM, and now it's so obvious by her last email she feels very threatened by me or it's just plain jealousy..."She is NOT taking my place in your life!

Bm said in her email that she is glad all this crap is over with...is far from over...the new agreement was only signed a month ago and she's already in contempt for not paying her half of the loan they share...so I'm forseeing another trip to the lawyer in fiancee's future...also about the child support she collected for almost a year while FSS was living with fiancee full time, fiancee is going to give her an option, she can either sign an agreement where she will pay him back or he'll take her to small claims court...she has always openly admitted to keeping the money and we have proof o

Fiancee and I planned to take a mini-vacation out of town the 3rd weekend in March...it's the first trip we'll be taking ALONE in a year and we're meeting my best friend who I haven't seen in 2 years because she'll be where we're going...she lives 600 miles from me and where we're going is a half way point for both of us....so fiancee emailed BM because that weekend is his weekend to have FSS and notified her we'd be out of town that weekend so he wouldn't be taking FSS....she replied with "You'll have to find daycare arrangements for him because I'm going to be out of town too."
