Worried about the things BM is telling SD.

BM has been telling SD some things and DH and I think it's a bit inappropriate for a child.

BM saw SD on Sunday and gave her a couple of late birthday presents and a card. In the card BM talks about how much she loves SD and that SD can not fully understand how much BM loves her until SD has a child of her own. Then BM goes on to talk about how BM promises that this time next year her(SD) and BM will not be in this predicament.

BM saw SD during supervised visit, but is wanting to keep SD's school work. Why?

BM finally set up another appointment with her supervised visits after paying for her bad check that she wrote them a month ago. When DH takes SD to visit BM, DH makes sure that SD brings with her all her school work that she has done since the last time BM saw SD. He wants BM to be informed about what/how SD is doing in all aspects of her life.

Child Support after the age of 18. WTF?!?! Really?? I would never do it! What about you??

DH had to fill out all the child support papers for BM this afternoon. She will have to pay 50 bucks a month which he will never see a dime of. But, one of the options was:

"Support shall be paid after of the age of 18, adult child, until the 'child' is capable of self support and the neccessity for support ceases."

WTF?!?! Really? Using this wording is tricky, because this "adult child" could be a dependent FOREVER! Meaning, that if she/he is not working, daddy/mommy would have to pay support even if the 'adult child' was 35-40 years old!!! No fucking way!

DH just called me from his Adequate Cause hearing! OMG OMG OMG. I can't believe it!!!!

So, DH had a hearing this morning-Adequate cause- This is just a hearing infront of a judge with DH and BM. The judge reads all the evidence and decides right then and there if DH has a good enough reason to change custody. BM didn't show. BM didn't show to her Adequate cause for her other two kids(her parents gained custody)

Anyway..DH calls and says "Hey." I'm hesistent and I say "Hey..?" Kinda weary. I hear fear in his voice, hes on the verge of crying and I'm thinking OMG SD goes back to BM.

Updates..BM let SD down and also threw her kids under the bus. Godd Job, Mother of the Year!

So, BM scheduled to have a supervised visit with SD on Sunday. DH went through SD's phone late Sat. night because he noticed her texting way past our cut off time. He crawls into bed and says "She's not coming." I said who? What? Wait..BM? DH says "Yeah, I went through SD's phone because I had a feeling something wasn't right and BM isn't going to see SD tomorrow. That fucking bitch!"

BM had trial a couple days ago. She was found guilty of domestic violence. She also had her probation revoked. It was continued until the end of march "in light of her new diagnosis..borderline personality disorder, as well as bipolar disorder. Also pending her foot surgery." LOL The judge didn't want to sentence BM to jail until after her foot surgery because if they put her in jail before that, the state would have to pay it and they don't want to pay for it. So, BM has been found guilty of three different domestic violence charges in less than two weeks.
