BM had trial a couple days ago. She was found guilty of domestic violence. She also had her probation revoked. It was continued until the end of march "in light of her new diagnosis..borderline personality disorder, as well as bipolar disorder. Also pending her foot surgery." LOL The judge didn't want to sentence BM to jail until after her foot surgery because if they put her in jail before that, the state would have to pay it and they don't want to pay for it. So, BM has been found guilty of three different domestic violence charges in less than two weeks. The judge said he will sentence her to jail at the end of March.

Heres where it gets better: BM's parents had court today. They are trying to get custody of BM's older two children for the same reason DH is getting custody of SD. BM DIDN'T SHOW! BM is no where to be found so the judge granted a temporary order.

BM hasn't filed a response to any of DH's court papers he filed. This custody hearing is going to go into default in DH's favor because BM won't do anything to get her children back. It's sad for SD, but good that BM won't have custody anymore.
