Since SO's 5 yr old was kicked out if latchkey we have him for 2 week of his suspension and likely BM will have us keep his dd too, BM has for the last 3 nights text and called wanting to talk to the kids and according to my phone she was already blowing up my phone before 8amthe wanting me to let the kids talk to her and as a mom I should understand how hard it is to miss them so much ahe can't hardly function (bleh) I just text her back I'd let SO know. And reminded her my phone is for emergencies only.

5 year old kicked out

Of latchkey, yep brilliant BM has refused to let SO have the kids for his week he normally does so that made it 2 weeks with no visit and his son's behavior was so bad he's been kicked out of latchkey, BM got a warning last week that one more blue mark(the worst )and he'd be kicked out for 2 weeks and asked for SO's help hebtold her she had two options start punishing him and be a parent or give him his kids. She then ranted about judging her andvhe knows nothing she just can't work if he gets kicked out so she wants help fixing him.

Just want to leave.

All has been mostly quiet on the BM front (well mostly SO doesn't tell me when she texts some dumb rant as he never responds to it)
But my own ex and bio's are tearing me apart. I played the good parent never alienated my kids against there dad even though he did that on his own I instead talked him up as their dad and tried to push for he and them to work things out. Suddenly he's FOTY and his gf is playing MOTY to my bios like out of nowhere.

Not sure how to handle this.

My ds has a sports award thing coming up last year I couldn't go so exh and dd went. Rhis year I can go, my SO has been involved helping at practice, we're at all games, heck last game one of my son's teammates had a medical emergency (seized and passed out hitting his head on the concrete from that stupid passout/choking game and altered consciousness I being a newly licensed emt(doing my internship still) jumped right in and handled it then helped the medics. So exhs gf ran to the store and bought a bunch of treats and drinks for the team. So we're all involved and well known.

Serious want to take a frying pan to BM

This woman doesn't give two shits about her kids it's all about appearances. 2 weeks ago when SO got the kids for a week she still had a few nits but compared to 5 hours of going through her hair with the biggest fattest lice and worse infestation I've ever seen her dad crying over how bad it was, her crying over having to again go through her hair being treated and me crying because no kid should have to deal with this I'll take a few nits. Well point is she shows up with sores all over her torso, legs and feet.

It's never pretty when she and her bf fight. Remember this is the woman who's friendship was a critical factor in the end of my marriage to exh, she and her bf live with her kids and exh she is under the belief it's her right and power to actively persue unavailable men and finds destroying others lives fun and makes her feel powerful.

This sucks!

But I cannot dwell on it. SO was told by the state low income legal help they don't have any lawyers who can help with custody I helped him find the forms and info to file a response to the divorce petition (BM wants custody and SO to have "reasonable visitation) while he flips out over her leaving them alone with her twice concicted meth manufacturing felon bf the constant lice infestation his daughter has had to deal with. Without a lawyer he feels like he has no chance to get the very fair joint parenting agreement.

I have had a terrible week lost all my hours at work (sub statis means they cam just not have me work) started class this week a requirement being biology I hadn't planned to take so an extra class with less times I can even be available to work. Then SO's DD has the worst lice infestation I've ever seen SO and I started crying when she did after 4 hours of going through her hair.
