I am curious to get some opinions about a situation regarding BM over the weekend ....

We have week on week off custody of SS5 in the summer and this past week was S0's week.

BM has alienated herself from all of her friends and family, and is now no longer even talking to her "best friend." Her mom and her step dad are out of town because her step dad's mom is dying.

D - Day (Mediation)

Today is D-day, as I like to call it, otherwise known as mediation. I don't really expect anything to come out of it, because BM has always fought everything SO has asked for, even if it was in SS5's best interest. We have been battling her in court over various issues (you can read about them in my previous blogs) for about 2 years, if not a little more. Unfortunately, she knows how to work the system, and drag things out forever! It is so frustrating.

Child Support Question

I have a question about Child Support in OK, regarding a friend of mine. My friend has full custody of his two girls, and their mom gets visitation, and is ordered to pay child support. She is remarried, doesn't work, and had a baby with her new husband. Cant her new husband be held accountable for the child support she owes, seeing as he is her source of income? How does that work?

Sometimes BM just hacks me off!

Most days I just roll with the punches of all the crazy shit BM does and says, and the stupid shit she puts SS5 through. We are going through a Motion to Modify Custody to clarify things that normal people should not have too. If it's not specifically word for word spelled out for her she refuses to follow it, and in some cases even if it is she wont follow, by twisting things around to make them fit her current mood. She changes personalities more times a day than freaking Paris Hilton changes clothes!
