There's something going on here. An emotional affair is the only thing that remotely fits. NEED HELP

Okay, so DH and I have been together for five years. When we first got together he was going over to his ex's house, giving her information about me, talking all of the time, and god knows what else.

So this is the end

DH and I are getting a divorce. I can no longer handle the fact that he will not set appropraite boundaries with his ex wife. This has been going on for five years. She has stalked my BD when she was five and DH told me not to do anything because he didn't want to p!ss her off and she might go after him for child support. She stalked him and he did nothing about it. She has called CPS on him and filed false child abuse allegations.

What happens to the money?

Another quick question as to my DH's ex claiming four years worth of EICs this tax season that were legally awarded to my DH in the CO.

If she does it anyways even though she knows that she will be in contempt of the CO and my DH files for contempt, what happens to the 25k that she'll get from claiming the EICs? Does she just get a little slap on the hand for four counts of contempt on the existing CO and gets to keep the money? Does she have to give it back to the IRS (if that's even an option)? Or does she have to sign the money over to DH?

Need some advice on whether what we can do if we were to take this information to court if BM wants to have a custody battle

We have been having issues with my husband’s ex-wife for years now. We have her admitting up to stalking and harassment of my husband, myself, and my daughter documented in email (things such as sitting outside out home at 3 am, showing up at our home while we are gone and have no knowledge of her being there, locking my car doors which cost me $80 for a locksmith, finding her in our home without our knowledge or approval, and constant non child related texting, phone calls, and sending pictures of herself.

Medicaid?

Does anybody know how this works? I know that you have to make under a certain amount to qualify but what happens if your living situation changes throughout the year and you end up making more money which means that you wouldn't qualify anymore? I have had people tell me that even if your living situation changes, once you have been approved for medicaid, you are enrolled for the entire year.

BM - Legal or illegal

So, in our custody order it states that both parents share custody with both minor children on a bi-weekly basis. It also states that if a parent is required to seek child care due to work that the other parent shall be responsible to pay half of said parents childcare costs.
