Does anybody know how this works? I know that you have to make under a certain amount to qualify but what happens if your living situation changes throughout the year and you end up making more money which means that you wouldn't qualify anymore? I have had people tell me that even if your living situation changes, once you have been approved for medicaid, you are enrolled for the entire year. Which means that if I applied for medicaid for myself and my daughter and was granted approval based on my current income, if I got a job making 100k a year three months later I would still be enrolled in the medicaid program without a way to remove myself from the approved persons list. Is this accurate information? It doesn't sound right to me but with how messed up our government can be sometimes it wouldn't shock me either.
