Just waiting on court
Earlier this week SO signed what should be the final agreement for the divorce / custody.
Now BM could go psycho and decided to throw all of this away BUT from what we understand she too is agreeing to these terms. It's what he has been requesting since the start of this whole process so she could have saved herself a whole lot of money had she just behaved and stopped lying / denying things.
He maintains joint legal and has visitation. The pick up time is set so he gets them striaght from school when possible. They split all marital debt 50 / 50....

Coparenting course
So the only thing that seems to be holding up SO's divorce now is that both of him and BM are required to take a co-parenting course. Let alone they've been at this for months SO was just informed of this. BM apparently either didn't know or has been waiting too. Considering she HAS to have the course completed before she can file I'm really thinking she didn't know. How I don't know but while she HAS to have it if he doesn't he could be found in contempt so I really think if she knew she would have had it done ages ago in attempt to screw him over.

Having our own
My grandmother came in for a visit. She lives halfway accross the country so she hadn't got to meet my SO yet. She knew of him and the kids though.
Anyways we got a little time to be alone and she asked about if we were going to have one. I reminded her that we have his and tried to politely explain our current situation ending on the fact we only have a 2 bedroom apartment.
She said about how the baby could stay in our room for a while and seemed to have trouble accepting why we felt we needed to wait atleast a few years.

4 year old still having "accidents."
So I'm once more throwing away underwear because I refuse to wash "accident" pairs. I don't mind "We need to work on wiping better" but this isn't the case.
The kids just left. About 2 hours ago SO and I were lying in bed and started playing around. Wrestling, tickling, trying to push each other off the bed and such and the kids came in and joined. It was actually really sweet cause his oldest was protecting me. Anyways one of my cats jumped up too and the youngest climbs over us to get to him and I can smell it. I get SO's attention.

Advice needed
How best to handle being blamed by BM for everything?
I posted about complication we have this weekend because BM having signed SO's daughter up for a sport.
At first SO said we wouldn't be able to make it. Given she contacted him in the middle of the day when he was sleeping and didn't have all the information. After looking at the times of everything it's been worked out that we can do both.
SO called The next day and told the girl it was going to work out but we just picked her up and it's clear BM has been telling the girl differently.

Did you know that children grow?
Because apparently BM is clueless to this fact.
We have a pretty regular retinue of whatever the kids come to us in on Friday get's washed and they wear it back on Sunday.
For a long time I was EXTREMELY strict about this and in most ways I still am. Except frinkin underwear.
She can send the kids wearing pants and shirts that I either know for a fact were bought last summer or look brand new but are still way to tight for a 7 year old to be wearing. Girl can't even move I swear but I'm done with this tiny underwear crap.

An update on sports and his Saturday.
BM is playing games still. SO looked closer and the game seems to start early enough in the morning that we could all stop on the way, she could play, and we could leave after. She wouldn't be able to stay to celebrate more than a few moments BUT she could play.

His time
I got home to find SO upset. BM on her own signed future step daughter up for a sport team. Didn't talk to my partner at all. No big deal except her first game is this Saturday. It's my partners weekend and we had plans for months. Further step daughter knew these plans and expressed as much interest as a 7 year old will.

"Parents of all kinds are welcome"
So first off I know I might get some hate for this post but the thing is I don't care. This is our family and how we handle things anyways.
Last week there was am event at the kids school. My SO originally thought he wouldn't get to go because he had the dates messed up. The day he thought it was he had an appointment on the morning he was unable to move and couldn't miss.
Well because of that appointment and his work hours he still wouldn't have gotten to go because he has alot of trouble with sleep.

WOW he can dress himself *enter eyeroll and vent.*
Well BM just called SO bragging about how the boy whose almost 5 is starting to dress himself and we need to make sure to let him.
Are you kidding me? Has she really been doing it for him all this time?
SO stopped that crap a year ago. Sure we've had to button a button or snap a snap now and then but the way she babies this kid.....
He used sippy cups till last December when she called SO demanding he get rid of them too since she was tired of them.... umm to late honey he hadn't had one at dads for over 6 months.
