Saw A Post on Foxie's Site That Provoked Memories. . .SCHOOL GAMES

And how the BM acts at skid's extra curricular activities; namely sports.

Here are a few of my recollections from the "early years"

See if you recognize any of it:

.

1. BM goes to game
2. Sits next to friends/family
3. Talks nonstop during the entire game seldome looking up at skids
4. Looks up for a nanosecond at a time to yell "YAY!" when skid manages not to kick ball into his/her own team's net.

Since my walking program started, my cordoroys feel a little looser! For a while they were pretty snug. When I first bought them about 4 yrs ago, they were practically hanging off me! I want to get to that point!!

So much for one night, ONE NIGHT of peace and quiet.

Godsgift just called. He's finished the first day of his two day class two hours away and he's decided he's NOT GOING TO STAY OVERNIGHT, but do the two hour drive back home!!!!

WTF!!!!!!

I'm sure he heard the disappointment in my voice!!

Methinks he thinks I'm fooling around on him or something!! UNREAL!!

Of pepper spray and police being called.

Saw the obviously biodad-less BM and her snarky kid RULES her with an iron fist.

Reminds me of the permissive BMS and entitled skids who often turn violent.

The other day, Godsgift described Venus De Milo (SD12)
as being "just like me. . .

athletic and competitive."

HMMM When playing board games, VD starts cheating 10 seconds into the game if it appears that she is not immediately the victor.

Athleticwise? Well she's simply BIG for her age. And big does not always equal athletic. But in GG's mind it DOES!

I'd say she's very large, very stubborn and a poor loser/bad sport.

Have you heard any euphemisms to gloss over skids poor habits or traits and make them appear "positive?"

FREEEEDOOOOOOM!!!!!

Nope I'm not on the Dave Ramsey Show. But I do feel a huge measure of freedom now that GG is out of town, albeit two hours away!!

I gracefully bowed out of going up there to "spend the night" with him. . . what would be a total 4 hour drive. Looking forward to a complete night's rest tonight sans motorboat snoring!!!

Gonna do my full walk, then go home and do a Cathe workout, then a pedicure!!!

And counseling is TODAY! What a joyous day it is today!!!

GG is going on a training seminar that lasts two days this week. It's about almost an hour and half away one way. GG has been whining that he wants ME to drive out there after work to spend the night with him?

WTF???!! I know we never go on vacations or out of town anymore since we bought this albatross of a house, but can you imagine? After his big tirade over the "email incident" and of course, that was all my fault.

And it's during the workweek. When he first mentioned it I was like "good go there and I'll have a night to myself without ear splitting snoring"
