Aniki's Flying Five Fist Monkey Nut Punch

Aniki's Flying Five Fist Monkey Nut Punch 2 oz Godiva chocolate liqueur 2 oz Kahlua 1 oz Bailey's Irish Cream 1 oz Frangelico 1 oz Sea Salt Caramel vodka OR Toasted Caramel Whisky 1 sli Banana 1 pt Chocolate ice cream Combine Godiva, Kahula, Bailey's, Frangelico, vodka, banana and ice cream in a blender. Blend until smooth. Split mixture between glasses. Garnish with whipped cream and a plastic cocktail monkey.

Didn't get a chance to post on Sunday or Monday, but PrincASS15, the little Know-It-All was WRONG.

They were talking about the size of Germany. PrincASS15 claimed it was bigger than Texas.
DH: Sorry buddy, but Texas is bigger.
PrincASS: I don't think so.
DH: Texas is actually MUCH larger - probably around twice the size of Germany.
PrincASS: I doubt it.
DH: Aniki honey, will you look that up? (Darn tootin' I will!!!)
Aniki: Germany is 137,903 square miles. Texas is 268,820 square miles. So Texas IS almost twice the size of Germany.

bittersweet Christmas decorating

We have four Christmas trees in our home this year. One in the skids' room, one in the living room, one in the kitchen, and one down in the family room. It's a tradition that DH and I decorate the ones in the living room and kitchen together, and we and the skids do the one in their room. My Mother passed away 3 years ago. This summer, Dad asked if I wanted any of the old family ornaments and I said YES!! The one in the family room is new this year - specifically to be decorated with a lifetime of ornaments from my childhood.

We were all standing in the kitchen, getting ready to take the skids back and our dog wagged his tail and "smacked" PrinceSS15 in the leg in mid-wag. OMG, you'd think the skid was whacked in the calf by a professional ballplayer hitting an out-of-the-stadium-homer. BTW, PrinceSS15 is 5'10" and weighs around 150 lbs.

PrinceSS15: Ow, Ow, Ow, Ow, OOOOOWWW!!!
DH: WHAT is your problem???
PrinceSS15: Dog smacked me with his tail!!!
~crickets chirping~
Aniki: DH, you better let BioMonster know we'll be late since we're taking PrinceSS15 to the emergency room.
