SS will be 15 in just a few months. Dh is and always has been his primary caretaker and BM started Her eowe visitatuon about 3 years ago when she realized I was in the picture. She kives an hour away and even though the court order states that she is to bring him to events and activities, she doesn't.

SS is now active in boys cc outs and wants to play football this summer (wanted to do both last year as well, but he wasn't willing to tell his mom).

What can we do without goig through the rigamarole of court? Can we just get a notarized letter amending custody and the go file it? This is a high cj inflict situation and dh will be going back To court this summer anyway TO get the RO extended.

Bm has sent dh texts and told as (during a drunkeness throw up session) that she will give up any custody. She also siggested to SS last summer that he didn't need to do his extended visits (because she didn't want the burden of caring for him).

The thing with this woman, is, if she thinks it's her idea, all is good. But she'll fight and fight if she thinks otherwise.
