One of the original court orders from DH and BM's custody hearings stated that last summer BM got a two week visit in summer with SS. IT said in successive summers, the schedule should be two weeks on/off with each parent.

The newest court orders only state that parents will bring SS to his activites.

I'm wondering:

1) DH and BM never agree on anything so I'm wondering how they will possibly agree on when summer visits start.
2) Do they have to do the 2 weeks on/off - is it court ordered? Dh tried to bring it up in mediation, but the mediator said, "baby steps, that's a long way off". I think she expected the case to be continued again.
3)What if they can't agree to when the 2 weeks will begin?
4) Since the court orders state that they will take SS to his activities and he starts football in July with 3 practices during each week, what happens if she decided not to take him if she does have an extended visit?

Our plan, (assuming she won't take SS to his activities), was to document everything and then eventually take her back to court and ask for child support at that time as well.
