Chef (biodad) was (and still would be had all three not PASed out) a MASSIVE GUILTY PARENT. He kissed ass and kissed ass and kiss ass till his extremely thin lips were purple.

Back in '03/'04 I had a HELL of a time convincing him early on that co-sleeping was BAD for children (and adults) but I digress.

Not.one.word about the possible emancipation event of OSS moving out of the BM's house and into his paternal Uncle's house last month. Not.one.word about a possible downward modification.

But then again I'm not surprised.

Well the topic may be skirted by him but it will NOT be by me. The topic WILL come up.

I did tell him not to tell any of his blabbermouth friend and especially one of his relatives.

I also told him to wait until next month until:

1. OSS turns 18
2. it seems that the living arrangement will stick.

So far this is the fourth day school has been in session. Their speshul snowflake school district starts a day LATER than others in these parts.

Place your bets on when SD starts skipping classes again! I will say that OSS, who graduated just barely with a 1.7 GPA actually was skipping more classes than he was attending!

SD discovered cutting class back in 8th grade. This year it is 10th grade and she is reading at a 4th-5th grade level now.

I predict she will start skipping classes by the end of this month.

And he was SHOCKED! I told him it seems to be an emancipation event which he agreed to. But I think he is more afraid of fighting his brother in court than the BM!!

He is more concerned that OSS will "become gay" like his brother!! Which he said he accepted long ago.

I also told him not to say ANYTHING to ESPECIALLY one of his other brothers who is good friends with the BM, this uncle of OSS's and has often told Chef to do ANYTHING to re-establish ties with his ne'er-do-well children again including going back to kissing their nether quarters!! :sick:
