If your non custodial ex was asking your 8 year old if he wanted to live with him WWYD?

My ex has started asking our 8 year old who I have physical custody of and he only has EOWend & holidays if he wanted to live with him and his GF. When BS told me this he said he just replied ok as he didn't want to make his dad angry and begged me not to say anything. I told him if dad asks again tell him that is a grown up thing and he needs to talk to mom.

So one of the really great things about being good friends with BM1 is the fact that my stepsons tell her all the crap that transpires so I get a accurate view of the weekend. Additionally I know that my stepsons ( former ...but they always say I will always be their step mom so screw it) watch over their brother and their mom reminds them of the things that need to be done, like sunscreen ect... I always treated BM with the respect I would have wanted because some day I knew there would be weddings and grandchildren and I never wanted their to be issues.

So ex crazy asshole has never acknowledged that I am being generous and letting him get BS tonight verses 9am like the decree says...even though I emailed him that section and he totally ignores it. Now he sends me this email telling me that his GF wants to go look at 3 houses tonight and wants him there to point out things she may miss and he has to be back to meet her no later than 6pm ( underlined) so I need to have BS read to take off the minute he arrives.If I do this I can pick BS up at 6 pm verses 6 but he hates to give up that hour. ( normal non holiday pick up is 5pm)

Well he is definitely minding his P's and Q's. He did take BS to watch SS15 play ball and BM1 said he was keeping a close eye on the clock. He knows. BS had a nice time and does want the EO Thursday. I will not do the rotating Mon/Thursday that he wants...not happening as it is disruptive and I hated it with my skids. Plus he is playing his A game, but that won't last and then taking it away will be a bigger fight.
