The last straw...

Most of you know back around the first of december me and my husband had decided to file for divorce. After great thought with the holidays approaching us and the children, we decided to give it all we had through the holidays. Needless to say the holidays were okay,,

I have tried to work on this marriage 110% percent. I have to tried to co-parent ALL the children (BD's and SD's), I have tried to set boundaries and rules for everyone, I have tried to maintain a financial boundary and nothing isnt changing.

Just doesnt sound fair!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay well as most of you know I have a BD15 and SD15 (well 15 1/2). which means they will be driving soon... toooo sooooon. (SD15 is going to be driving one of DH's cars)

My BD's father passed away in 2001 and she draws a check every month that I have been able to put away and build her a very nice savings for college,,, car whatever...

I think my DH is jealous that I have or my BD15 has this money to fall on if we need too.

My idiot husband....

So me and the husband were out christmas shopping a few days before christmas.

He tells me that he wants to get my oldest daughter who is 15 and my youngest step daughter who is also 15 a mini labtop and that they could use them in school.

I told him I was very uncomfortable with providing them with that given the details that SD likes chatting with every tom d*ck and harry online and how my daughter is never on the computer.

So we buy them both a mini labtop.

SD20 came home from college,,, On Christmas Eve we (me, husband, my 2bD's and 2 Sd's) are at my brothers house for dinner.

2 SD's tell my husband they are going to wal mart to pick granny (MIL) something up for Christmas,,, BULLCRAP walmart closed at 6 and this was 7:30.

Later, me, husband and my 2 BD's go home to prepare for Christmas.

I have my girls get ready for bed. Meantime I am exhausted but knew I had gifts to wrap. Well at 11:00 p.m. I asked husband, where is SD's? He starts calling them both on their cell phones and they have them turned off.

A couple of weekends I had the chance to meet some wonderful ladies. In the beginning I was all excited in taking this journey but as the day became closer for the trip I was getting very nervous and almost backed out. But there were some things that were going on in my life at the time and I decided that the trip was something that I needed even though it may not have been the best weekend for me to leave. I missed the biggest arts and crafts festival locally and a baby shower.

My BD and SD are both 15 and in the same grade. There is a school dance coming up. We discussed with both the girls that instead of buying dresses that I felt we could borrow and besides We have around 15 dresses at my house already.

Well last thursday my SD says,, "Oh karen guess what my granny (MIL) bought me a dress for the dance and new shoes and all my jewelry" I could feel my blood begin to boil. She resides with me and husband.

I get upset for the fact that I said we would borrow and she and granny run off and buy all new everything.

Hey Ladies! I truly need to vent this morning. Last night, my DH left to go pick up a car. I was at home with me my SD and my two BD. I was putting up a load of cloths in my room, when I heard my BD and SD in the kitchen (after supper and kitchen clean) acting hyper, jumping, and smacking each other. I go in there and I tell them to cut it out. Then a few minutes later, I could tell they were fixing something to eat, so I go back in kitchen and I said "girls what are yall doing?" They look at me like FY and said "nothing". I go back into my room finish what I was doing. At approx.

DO I take SD or NOT???

Okay guys this seems to be the question of the week for me. Okay my relationship with DH is on very thin water for many reasons,, but to the question

My mother, whom was never there for me as a child and is barely there for my own children has invited me and my daughter to gulf shores. WHen I asked if one of the SD's could come she said no she wanted it to just us. Well I was able to understand that.

Well after talking with friends, some say its wrong and some say I shouldnt feel guilty because the plan is that I go with my two daughters.

Advice is needed :(

I havent been on or posted in weeks...I took this positive view and tried to run with it,,,counsling...Okay, so it appears to have some positive but when DH's daughters do something wrong then the couseling and our previous look at how to handle situations get tossed back out the door. My stomach has been in this twisted knot since Sunday and Im not sure what to do,, Sometimes I wonder if my feelings or emotions are correct,, guess thats why we are going to counseling along with other reasons...
