The demon is gone!!!

Yesterday ss9 got in trouble for peeing all over the toilet seat and leaving it for my 3 daughters to sit in and also for not feeding his dog for 4 days even though I reminded him every day. When DD's went to the fair with grandma ss9 stayed with me. That night I caught SS9 trying to sneak out. This would have made the 3rd time he ran away. Somehow in my lecture we got on the subject of an incident that happened over the summer. He spent the summer with the in-laws and one day MIL called DH screaming her head off about mistreating SS9 and we aren't fit to be parents.

I'm not even sure details are needed here. I searched SS9's book bag for missing grades and found shell casings for a 9mm handgun. We don't have a hand gun. He knew he wasn't allowed to have them and didn't care. He brought them to school for about a week until I found them and showed them to kids at school. I Googled to see what happened to other kids that brought shell casings to school and it was pretty much: school went on lockdown and all parents were notified, the child was expelled,and arrested. The police assume since there are bullets there is a gun.

The BM decided she wanted to go to ss9 appt. with his psychologist yesterday. I missed a lot of what was said because of course I'm not a "parent" I'm just the person that's been taking care of him for most of his life but DH gave me a lovely recap! DH and Bowel Movement came back into the waiting area while SS9 went into the psychologist's office. I noticed that BM is almost livid. DH tells BM "you couldn't get the hint that she wanted you to shut up?" BM starts going off about how SS doesn't have ODD, and apparently she told the psych. the same and got shut down for it, big time!

I'm just so tired.

Today, DH called BM to inform her that SS8 needed to move back with her because I can no longer handle him while DH is at work. BM informed us that she has to work something out because she and her whatever he is are living with someone and neither of them has jobs. DH is fully confident that things are going to work out. Does anyone else get the feeling that in a few months I'll be trapped taking care of SS again? I honestly feel like I am having a nervous breakdown. I cannot handle SS and his behavior for one more day. DH and I got into a bad argument over it.
