I have had enough of FSS muching- long

Ok FH moved into my home this June, his 18 BS lived with him. well when they moved in with me FSS for the most part did not. at the time he had a girlfriend and spent much of his time at her house and would come by occasionally to shower or do laundry, and it was fine cuz he did dishes and helped around the house.
when he broke up with her he stayed with his mom for a bit then kinda moved in with some friends. (not sure his living status anywhere) we would see him maybe once every other week or so.

should I feel this way?

Ok call me bad but I looked on my FH cell phone, seems like the man who hated cell phones and hating TEXTING even more has suddenly become cell phone friendly and texts all the time now. So since he has proven to be less then honest on some occasions I checked out his text messages late last night.

I posted this on another step parent site but since I am not able to access that site from work I wanted to post here and get help from my step sista and bros!
Ok, here goes, I quit, I have had it with trying to raise my 19 yr old into a responsible kid as well as trying to help FH raise his 18yr. they live at home with us and before they moved in I made a list of chores and responsibilities- if they dont have a job they must perform tasks I set forth-if they have a job then they are to pay rent and if they dont do anything they need to move out.

what should I expect

ok, SS and FH moved in early this month, rules were estabalished.
however, SS is hardly home (stays at girlfriends) he does come over on occasion to shower or wash a small load of laundry.
My confusion is how much responsibility should I expect. one rule was that if he does not work then he must do some other "chore" ie. clean cutters to make up for not paying rent also kids are giving a daily chore list but he is hardly at home.

I tried to let FH handle the issue with his BS concerning the living arrangements.
but when FH told me yesterday he talked to BS and when BS asked if he had anything he needed to do FH told him that there was nothing(WTF)
so that left FSS the ability to go and just f'k off and not worry about stuff that needs to be done at home.

disappointing- long

well I have to report that the honeymoon phase of FSS moving in has ended.
it was a nice 10 days, however brief they were
a little background, FSS (who just moved in with me and BF)has a girlfriend who is very needy and very selfish very controlling well she went on vacation with her mom- guess for how long...
you guessed it 10 days!! I am figuring FSS was bored and wanted to keep the peace so he maintained an appearance of normality until girlfriend came home.

well FSS has moved in and signed the contract that I wrote up.
and it has been a very nice transition.
he has followed the rules and although he still does not have a job he is helping around the house.
all the anxiety I had for this living situation has been relieved although my mom was nice enough to point out it could be just the "honeymoon" period.

I was wondering if a person can detach so much they end up losing feelings for their situation S/O permantely.
I have had many struggles with my FH and his oldest bioson. this boy is 18 with a 9th grade educ. smokes cigs and weed, drinks (not soda unless it is mixed with vodka) no job - now, FH has been living for the most part with me while maintaining a rental which BS lives and hangs with loser friends. by the way that house is TRASHED!

father's day bandwagon- sorry -long

ok I had a pretty frustrating father's day
friends please help me understand,
I decided to take my FH and his two younger biokids to dinner as a treat for Father'day. He is the NCP>
My thought was that since they really dont spend a whole lot of quality time together a nice dinner out would be a change of pace and a chance to catch up with them and have them enjoy time with their father who has to work a lot of hours and doesnt get to spend tons of time with them.
WRONG!!
