Sharing Pets?

Okay so I’ve got a question...youngest SD (7) is getting a puppy. Apparently she told her mom that she is going to take the puppy everywhere with her, including Daddy's. So my husband said, she will probably just bring her dog with her when she comes on our days and weekends. My response was "probably not!".

I don't know why, maybe it's petty but I don't want "shared custody" of a damn dog! His thing is, well it is SD's dog.

Not a Step issue...a Baby issue!

Okay so PLEASE be honest with me and tell me if I am wrong…this could get pretty long but I will do my best to keep it short…my husband and I just go into it and honestly I don’t even know where this came from…so here is the back ground…his sister is not a bad mother per say but she definitely leaves a lot to be desired. She has really bad choice in men and pretty low standards when it comes to what she wants in life in general.

I haven’t been posting much although I’ve been trying to read everyone’s posts…miss a few days on this board and you miss A LOT! Kind of hard to keep up! Well I’m on vacation for a few weeks until I start my new job early next year…also, my husband is “down” and so I’m playing nurse to him so that keeps my hands tied. I don’t know how much I’ll be able to post once I start my new job b/c OBVIUSLY on my old job I had A LOT of time…but I’ll still check in with you all…what can I say, I’m Addicted too!

Child Support court went pretty well today!

Court went pretty well today! It took about 2 hours and what was finally worked out was that my husband’s child support increased $31 a month (if you remember they had originally reduced it $60 a month and that is why she requested the formal hearing all this attorney’s fees and MISSED WORK over $60!) and the DID NOT back date the increase, it is effective as of 12-31-06 so he doesn’t owe her back pay!
