Just a little advice. Things are getting really stressful in my house. I'll try to summarize really quick.

Husband and I built house 3 years ago. He put all hte money into the house.. big down payment. I didnt put anything down, didnt have much. We moved into the hosue day 2 together with him, SD, my daughter and me.

Treating ME like a child?

Hey everyone, not sure if this is "normal". Obviously... this is not normal... but for step-mothers.. maybe?

First of all, my husband doesnt really discipline his daugther or give her rules. BUT.. one of the issues we have had with his daugther is the fact taht she is ALWAYS on her phone/ipod/or gaming system when we go out to dinner. THE WHOLE TIME. She will ignore us.. He doesnt even tell her to get off her phone????

Hey Everyone... Just a little help or clarification. Not sure if any of you have been in this type of situation.

I want to file "Married filing separately" with my husband. I have a 4yr old from a pervious relationship. This is my year to claim her. Am I still able to claim my daughter if I file "Married filing separately"?

My husband (just married 6 months) wants me to use his tax attorney, he makes about 5x my salary, my name is not on "our" house which he purchased before we were married.

Oh.. I need to recover from Thanksgiving Weekend!!!

I need to vent, hope you dont mind. I had to of known that Thanksgiving break with my SD was going to be tiring.. Wow.. it sure was.

My husband, SD, and brother in law all drove to PA to visit my husbands grandmother. She is 95 years old. One of the most fantastic women I have ever met. My husbands mother died with he was 19.. so his grandmother has been one of the most influential people in his life.

12 yr Step-Daughter has no dicipline!

Wow. Where do I even start!! I been with my husband for almost 3 years, married for 3 months. Everyone told me things would get harder after we got married, this is so true. Let me just give you a few examples: REHEARSAL DINNER NIGHT: Fiance drove with his daughter to OUR rehearsal dinner, leaving me and my daughter behind to drive iwth family. Apparently he brought the pourche and didnt have room for all of us. so they went and we had to meet them there. 2.
