Am I just jealous?

My SO let his 16 yr. old daughter miss school today and took her to work with him. SO already has his son,20, working directly under him to train him to do his job. SO is taking half a day off to take the "kiddies" to go pay a few bills and sign the lease for their new apartment. I'm irritated at the whole "family day" thing. I know his daughter won't be able to resist trashing me and my boys at her dad's office. Yes, I want them to move out. Yes, I'm still engaged to SO.

Who won the "game"?

My last blog yesterday was celebrating the fact that my SO, his son20, and daughter16 were moving out of my house and into an apartment. Yes, SO and I are going to continue to see each other and we are still engaged. Funny thing though, when I got home yesterday sis had stayed home from school because, in her text to her dad, "I just don't think I can make it through a whole day of school. I feel horrible! :(" I wasn't aware that she had stayed home until I spoke with SO after school.

Pure evil FINALLY leaving my house!! Yea!!

Some of you may recall my last post of my SO and his two "kids" living with me and my two boys. His "kids" are boy 20, and girl 16. My boys are 17 and 19. My 19 yr.old is in his first year of college and still works and lives at home. My 17 year old is a Junior in High School. SO's daughter is a Sophomore in High School, and his son, 20, goes to work with daddy every day so daddy can teach him how to do the same job he does. Basically, things were so divided in my house between all of the sk's that it boiled down to his two against which ever one of my boys was at home.

Pure evil in the house!

I have been divorced now for nine years and raising my two sons, now 19 and 17, basically on my own. I did not even date for the first six years after my divorce. My boys were 8 and 10 and I felt like they should come first while I figured this whole single parent thing out. I just was not in the proper frame of mind to even consider dating. My father also unexpectedly committed suicide a month after my divorce. Now that I have started to date, I am temporarily engaged. I say temporarily because along with my SO comes his daughter, 16, and son, 20.
