Some things have come to light regarding SS and BM's treatment of him at her house. SS told a counselor his mom has held a rag/towel over his mouth until he stops crying. A report is in the process of being filed and a social worker is getting involved. We, and pretty much every other adult in his life, have known that the way she talks to him is basically emotional abuse, but SO was always told that a report couldn't be made because it is difficult to prove, even though his teachers, therapist, etc. are all mandated reporters :?

SO and I are really at a loss about SS5's (almost 6) behavior. He started kindergarten this year and has been having behavior problems from the get go. These are problems that began in the last month before he started school, so sometime in August, and we have been working on ever since.

BF has been ignoring BM's texts for quit awhile now. I guess she figured that since she can't get a rise out of him she's going to try me! I get a message on facebook this weekend from someone I don't know saying 'thanks for going to work everyday so me and (insert BF's name)can f*ck.' Uh-huh, whatever. I didn't send anything back, then a few hours later I get 'you ruined my son's life'. Ok, so now I know it's BM. Wow, nut job, have you got nothing better to do than to create fake profiles and harass people!?

BM has been quiet since coming upon a new person to torture (read her new boyfriend). However, whenever she sees me around town I get the one finger wave.
