What a shame.

It's been 4 months since we have communicated or gone to a family event of my DH. For the most part our family is doing good!. But there are times I see on FB that brings sadness to me, I miss my DH family and  socializing with them.

What Kills me more is I have been with my husband for 16years and there were memories built, my inlaw and sister inlaw hasnt called to want to see my kids? and I havent even got a txt or anything to wish me or my family a happy Thanksgiving,  merry Christmas?....

Is it wrong for me and my husband not wanting to go to family gatherings anymore due to the fact that the BM disrespects me?. 

The fact that the in-laws and his family invite her to everything which she attends. 

My husband says that we as a couple aren't attend his family Gatherings due to the fact that he understands that I feel uncomfortable and pissed at his BM. But he said we should drop off our children to the family events.  because he doesn't want our kids to suffer.

Lately my husband step children has been more and more distant. In the beginning we all got along good. of course I would  take them and pay for things.  but then I kind of started to feel a little used and to be honest going borke! So I stop purchasing and buying things for them if it wasn't for their birthday or holiday. once all of them moved here and live with thier mother the BM. Things started to changed...
