So very glad this week is over! After being jilted out of a "date night" with DH on Wednesday due to BM sucking at life, we designated tonight as the make up date night. It's actually a double date for the first half (going out to eat with some good friends). All was good and we were both super excited about tonight.

This is rare for me to log on on a friday night. StepTalk is usually my guilty pleasure at work, but tonight I ran straight to the computer. Here's what happened:

SD11 was riding on the bus and a high school girl sitting beside her kept hitting her on the arm over and over. She told the bus driver, they "didn't do anything" and the girl kept on then she told the bus driver again and still nothing happend. Insted of getting up and switching seats, sitting by the bus drive, HELL sitting on the floor....SD HIT HER BACK.

Getting ready to leave for Daytona on Friday morning. We were SUPPOSED to have SD on Thursday evening but now she wants to switch to tonight instead. Apparently her older sister (not DH's) is coming over Thursday night. Poor kid idolizes that girl, but damn....she is a H.O.T.T. MESS. She is always making promises to SD and she gets so excited and then doesn't follow through which just breaks SD's heart. The funny thing is she is only a couple of years younger than I am (yes DH is considerably older than me). She's 25 and I'm 28. Ohhhhh but the differences!!!

We weren't supposed to have SD last night but I got an email from DH saying she wanted to stay with us instead of her mom's. She had been there all weekend and I think she had had enough of BM. We're at the dining table and DH is looking out the window to see what the neighbor is doing (extending his deck).
