At what age can a child begin traveling by plane with an escort from the airline? Also, if the BM does not like the idea does anyone know where courts usually stand on this issue?
the child is nine. I'm wondering what the courts say if one parent wants to use a chaperone/escort and the other does not. Right now one parent flys with the child when he goes to visit dad. Dad flys with the child to take him home to his mom. It is getting really costly, but BM demands that we continue this arrangement.
