I got it OK - here we go. I got it off of the Organic Valley website a couple of years ago: Ingredients: 2 8oz pkg cream cheese, softened 1/2c sugar 1/2tsp vanilla 2 eggs 1/2c canned pumpkin 1/2tsp ground cinnamon 1/4tsp ground cloves 1/4tsp ground nutmeg 1 6oz or 9-inch ready to use graham cracker crust (or make your own) Instructions: mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended. Agg eggs, mix until well blended. Stir pumpkin and spices into 1 cup of the batter. Pour remaining plain batter into crust. Top with pumpkin batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 34-40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool.
Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight
