Well it only took 8 hours!!! I forwarded the phones to him and boy he's changed his tune. I guess I'm "focused" after all and the previous "infraction" I made was an honest mistake.

He better be nicey nicey to me!! His court date is coming on Monday morning SANS attorney!! I have all his paperwork and all he needs to say is "we have not come to an agreement so I will need my attorney present."
