Chef's regular attorney is out sick. He just got informed that even if they take Pumpkinhead (OSS 18 who moved out of the BM's back in August) out of the equation, he still has 25% of his gross income up for grabs plus "medical"

Which will probably result in a net downward mod of a whopping 8 to 10 dollars a week.

Oh yeah Chef is on a tirade! "We paid the attorney for WHAAATT?!!!??"

NOW I have him ONBOARD to claim Dominatrix!! I quickly did his taxes and instead of OWING this year, he will be getting a REFUND IF he claims Dominatrix (SD16)

The mediation agreement states that: "Chef and Girhippo agree to share claiming the children as exemptions such that Chef has at least one child to claim each year."

I have the 8332 forms ready to go, all filled out showing that Chef will claim Dominatrix for tax years 2014-2016 AND Prince Hygiene (YSS 12) for tax years 2017 and 2019.

Oh and by the way, I had a BIG argument with him this past Thursday morning. He finally had to admit that if it weren't for me, he'd be dead in a ditch somewhere.

He was huffing and puffing and trying to turn it around saying that HE was responsible for MY success (as is his normal M.O.) I kept standing up to him and gave it right back. For every verbal punch he through, I countered and would NOT back down.
