This time she is catering SOUPS! Yep she's planning on being a Soup Nazi!
I read her health inspection report. In plain site it said "discussed using bare hand contact."
Knowing the hygiene habits of that entire clan, i.e. the Gir incessantly bites her nails, Prince Hygiene NEVER wiped, flushed, washed, bathed, shampooed or showed up with properly groomed hair, nails, etc., I would NEVER think about patronizing ANYTHING out of her kitchen!!
I believe this whole thing was to lure Pumpkinhead (SS18) back to the Gir's house so that she can "un-emancipate" him and start collecting CS again for him (it was just cut off for him as of February of this year as he moved out to live with Chef's estranged brother.
Pumpkinhead has no skills, life or business, BARELY graduated from HS with a 1.7 GPA and only has dreams of being a Rock Star as mommykins told him he would be (has ZERO musical talent). Currently he's working part time making smoothies on a food truck and has no intention of going to community college--yet. I'm sure his uncle and partner are getting sick of hosting 6'2" 300 lb eating machine Pumpkinhead.
This will be the Girhippo's 2nd attempt at a business--the first one flopped in less than a year.

I think it's a scheme to lure Pumpkinhead back to the clan so she can get CS reinstated for him. I can only imagine how frustrated Chef's estranged brother and his partner is housing this huge, entitled buffoon.
This will be her 2nd failed biz. She has pipe dreams of being the next Food Network star. The Girhippo herself was brought up entitled and PASed out as well by Battleaxe Galactica. She's fed her children the same pipe dreams.
She must do very well at her gov't PAS worker job, errr I mean "child protective supervisor" job.
