I finally got her!! BM's employer!

Y'all! I got her!! I have BM's employer! I messaged SS's 1/2 brother's SM. She didn't know for sure (SS's brother is 20 so no real contact) but she had enough to help. I found that the medspa that she probably worked at has multiple locations. So I purposely called one outside the city we know she works in. That location verified she worked for them and even gave me her corporate email and direct line. Sooooo helpful! Lol love them!

She still swears in court and in the affidavit we just got that she doesn't work. She wants 32K in CS arrears (judge didn't make a ruling for 5 years and went back to the beginning, we were abiding by a temp order) and medical expenses. I got her! She lied, we have the proof, our lawyer is subpoenaing her W-2's and employment records. I am so fucking excited!!!

Once I got ahold of everything the 32K from the suit she filed, it went down to 14k, then with other items she owes it went down to 4-5K. She lies so much! She was claiming she paid medical expenses that DH paid and we have proof in his bank statements! Now once we have her income. She might freaking owe us!

I know the judge would never award that, but getting it all thrown out and maybe a perjury charge would be AMAZING! God, please let this be the karma bus coming to hit her straight in her face!!

I hope your lawyer explicitly points out to the judge that she lied, and reminds him about the prior forgery.

Right once is an "accident" this should show a pattern....but it's family court.

I hope you've got her, but isn't this the BM who forged a document from the department of health and got away with it. I hope this will put a crack in her Teflon and bring her to justice. But, based on how the judge has previously ruled, I have concerns about that happening.

WHY oh WHY does it take you to find this instead of the court ordering and requiring and etc., etc. her to turn in her tax records. The system is SO messed up.

Kudos to you for tracking all this down - I hope your DH realizes what an asset he has in you.

Let's hope at the very least he

makes the amount you owe BM to be zero. If he rules that you owe BM money after all this, it would be absolutely absurd and needs to be taken further. Let's hope she gets perjury too, you cannot ignore all the evidence you have brought forward that is undeniable. Your lawyer should also owe you money after all the time and effort you have put in when it is your lawyer's job!

Highly unlikely that the lawyer owes money. Lawyers mostly charge by the hour. The lawyer didn't spend the time (and therefore wouldn't have charged for the time) JMTB spent on this. If the lawyer was doing and charging for the work JMTB did, her husband would be a great deal poorer! The lawyer doesn't seem very impressive, IMO.

It'd be great karma if BM got hit with attorneys fees for all her lying and obfuscating, though.

The lawyer won't owe her money! What I was saying is JMTB has been doing their lawyer's job tracking all of this. What has he been doing all of his time for the last couple of years? LOL

Would be good to request that BM pays JMTB's attorney's fees though!

This is awesome!! I remember the time I "got" the BM here. All her lies caught up with her and even her attorney told her to settle or she'd see herself in court facing Federal Fraud charges for a home loan she got. She tried screwing us over one more time a few years later and we "got" here then, too.

Lower your expectations

So you won't be disappointed. We had the Spermidiot and SpermGrandHag by the short and curlies every time we went to court. We always won though the lies, forgeries, etc we're just brushed over by the Judges.

The biggest thing this will

The biggest thing this will do for us is bring DH's child support WAY down. He is currently paying over $1200/mo for one kid in a town where the average house is like $50K. We know they bought their house for $42K because real estate records are public info (Her mortgage plus insurance is less that $400/mo and she lives there with her husband and HIS 2 kids from his previous marriage). There is no way to justify that one kid needs $1200 in support. He doesn't go to a private school- there are none where he is. He isn't in travel sports- they don't exist there. This is RURAL mid west America.

The reason he has to pay so much is that BM is "disabled" and can't work. She has been calculated at $0. She has lied in court. On affidavits, non stop lies. If we go in and prove she has been working for at least 2 years (which we know is true) and she has sat and lied to the judge and he BELIEVED her and went out of his way to make DH pay- the judge is going to feel like a dumbass and I hope that he actually rips into her, throws the whole case out. Reduces DH's CS to a fair and reasonable amount and hell- just for fun, pays our travel cost and lawyer fees for this fabricated and malicious law suit. Perjury would be cool to- just saying...
