Court is a joke
today the judge sided with biomom husband thinks this entire custody was a waist of his time n he lost a job because of all this and how Biomom is an Angel for CPS n the court. I couldn't be there I thought forsure it was a sure bet with bm history of alcohol abuse and neglect of their son. but Nope she is a master manipulator she taught her lovely son that same thing. Today he came back n causwa huge fight with me n my 13 year old

BM forged health department documents to try and keeps SS from seeing DH- the judge said it wasn't malicious and wasn't worthy of contempt.
Court is a joke. Unless you have real proof that there is abuse and neglect OR the child is not school aged and you can prove the better home for school, there is no point.

My DH refuses to go back to
My DH refuses to go back to court for anything. It failed him once, any research he has done since has resulted in him feeling more dishearented and not less, and he doesn't see the benefit in the money spent since ET (BM) has done *just* enough in the past to not warrant a change.
It sucks to watch the system fail, and fail, and fail again.
