DH sends the Orc a listing of doctor bills, prescriptions etc every quarter and lets her know how much she owes.
She has owed $150 since April. DH pinged her a week and a half ago asking her when she is paying it. She said she would pay it on June 14th. Low and behold, June 14 rolls around and she sends a whining email about how she got sick and had to spend money to go to the doc so she won't be paying it. But she could possibly pay $50 of it. No indication of when she will pay the rest. BUT ... she certainly didn't change her plans to go out of town this weekend. So she CAN afford that.

It just chaps my ass. Dumb bitch.
