I love having my SS's here that is not the problem but the way that BM treats them differently is what I consider abusive.

This is the first week out of school here for the kids where we live. per the court order "the parents will have equal placement in the summer, with the placement rotating on a weekly basis." BM's weekend with the boys were last weekend and per the order it would be her 1st week of summer visitation with the boys. But no she sent him home on Sunday. She continues to refuse to allow SS13 attend therapy or come home for visitation. (oh no, lol I mean he of course is now refusing) If BM can't make a 10/13 yr. old mind maybe he needs to move back home. We have attempted to get her to allow therapy with not one but 5 different therapist. All who have put it in writing that there is no concern of abuse, no past reports fromt he ss13 or SS16. Just pisses me off the way that she treats both the boys but really the SS16, like he is not going to notice again that she has choosen time with ss13 but not ss16.
