Hubby had that meeting today with the attorney's and both he and the ex to attempt to come to some type of agreement prior to the hearing next week. BM brought ss13 to the meeting as that is what she was requesting.

Our attorney had contacted the GAL and she showed up, she was not happy that they had attempted to plan a meeting without her there since the boys were requested to be present. Hubby did not take oldest ss16, he had summer school and as a parent he voiced that he felt no need to involve either of the boys in the legal matters. GAL approved.

This hearing was planned for 3mths now and ex's attorney just today filed for change of placement for the oldest ss along with a continuence. GAL informed her that oldest ss16 will moving no where and our attorney filed to object on the basis that the time line has been long standing.

GAL informed Bm that ss13 would be having visits with BF and that there was not an ounce of concern for current or past abuse!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
Bm attempted to claim that Bf was in contempt and before he or his attorney could even say a word the GAL stated something to the effect "how would you figure that, Bf has been bringing ss16 to your house for visits and ss13 has not shown up for the visitation or therapy apt. for 6 months!" YeahHHHHHHHHHHHH

They attempted to claim that I was a drunk and hubby started laughing, ss13 looked up and made a funny face called me MOM and said "Mom doesnt drink" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh ya he doesnt want to see me, he has been gone 6 months and he still calls me mom. GAL said No we mean violetforest and ss13 "I know, she doesn't drink at all unless it's at the concerts" Gal asked what he meant and he said "she will drink those one's with the unbrella, they are this big and it takes her all day to just drink 2" Love it, Love it, shut ex right up!!!!!!!!!

But on a more serious note ex refused to give on any of the issues. So off to court we go. Per the GAL and our attorney contempt is very clear in many area's. Ex admitted that she had set in her car outside of our home and that she had driven all the way back to our home following BF with the kids just to "make sure that ss13 was safe. She is just nuts. When the GAL asked her about the safety of the ss16 bm claimed that he could protect himself and the GAL reminded her that ss16 was the same age as ss13 was when this began and BM did not "protect him then either" she did not have anything to say.

GAL also brought up that she did not think that therapy would help "this" situation that there was going to have to be a stronger stance, she did not say what but I can hope can't I.
